Actual Sound levels of KA120
Noise is an unwanted sound that interferes with everyday activities, such as work or conversation. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines noise above 65 decibels (dB) as noise pollution.
The noise of a trimming machine comes from high-speed spindle rotating, cutting contact with resin and plastic and motor movements. Since the desktop trimming machine is normally placed in the dental lab or clinic, the noise level is important for the operators and other staffs. The test was executed with an iPhone and it is one meter away from trimming machine KA120. The result shown the noise level is between 50 - 55 dB during the trimming process.
The noise level varies a little with different resin and plastic.
