Specially designed desktop trimming machine for clinic or chair-side orthodontist. KA120 provides a precision, reliable, easy to use and cost effective solution. Desktop size, industrial performance, footprint only 400x568mm. Our CAD/CAM softwareMatchstick is compatible with all planning software and can adapt trimline from other software. Trimming time per aligner is within 30 seconds. No additional CAM software and costs needed, it saves money and time.

  • Q What is included in the package?

    A Trimming machine KA120, One Click Solution and Matchstick® software

  • Q How long does it take to trim an aligner？

    A Normally within 30 seconds

  • Q Does the aligner need to be polished after trimming？

    A Very minimal polishing needed after cuts. On a fresh burr, no polishing is needed at all.

  • Q How many aligners can be produced each day?

    A About 300 - 400 pc per day (8 hours)

  • Q Can you provide customized fixture to match different thermoform machines and 3D printer?

    A No, we only design fixtures for KA-200 and match the accuracy of 3D printer. KA-120 and KB-100 must use our standard fixture.
