Mini trimming machine KB-100 is the most cost-effective 5 axis machine for clinics and small labs.

  • Q Does the aligner need to be polished after trimming？

    A Very minimal polishing needed after cuts. On a fresh burr, no polishing is needed at all.

  • Q How many aligners can be produced each day?

    A About 300 pc per day (8 hours)

  • Q Can you provide customized fixture to match different thermoform machines and 3D printer?

    A No, we only design fixtures for KA-200 and match the accuracy of 3D printer. KA-120 and KB-100 must use our standard fixture.

  • Q How long is the tool duration?

    A Depand on the material, the thickness and resin. 

  • Q Does KB-100 need vacuum or air compressor?

    A KB-100 doesn't need air compressor or vacuum.
