Industrial level 5 axis trimming machine for clear aligner and retainer. Granite Machine Structure provides superior damping, thermal stability and accuracy. Daily throughput is over 1000 pc. The machine is ready to work with robotic arm, OCR, Laser mark for maximum achievement. Our CAD/CAM software Matchstick is compatible with all planning software and can use trimline from other software.

  • Q How long does it take to trim an aligner？

    A Normally within 30 seconds.

  • Q Does the aligner need to be polished after trimming？

    A Very minimal polishing needed after cuts. On a fresh burr, no polishing is needed at all.

  • Q How many aligners can be produced each day?

    A About 700 pc per day (8 hours)
