This system is specifically designed for marking clear aligners. It utilizes a code reader to identify the aligner serial number, automatically extracts the laser marking content and coordinate values for each aligner, then adjusts the Z-axis for autofocus. The laser galvanometer adjusts the X and Y-direction beams, while the pulsed laser emits energy to precisely mark customized content onto each uniquely shaped aligner. The entire process for four markings is completed within 3.5 seconds.
