Automation Line for Clear Aligner

Quark Micromanufacture and Click Aligner developed together an automation line for clear aligner mass production.

This automation line has 1 control unit and 6 KA-200 trimming machines, it is able to trim over 13000 aligners per day. It is easy to add more or reduce trimming machines to match the actual demand any time without extra time and costs. The trimming machines can be also operated manually in case of maintenance.

In addtion, automations for laser marking and thermoforming are also available and can be integrated with the automation line.
