Launch of ‘One Click' Software for Clear Aligner Trimming Machine

We are thrilled to launch our uniqe 'One Click' software for trimming machine KA120/KA200 and it is the first software which is able to add fixture, find trimline and generate nc file together fully automatically. 

This software is very easy to use:

      1. Save all stl files in a folder 'input', it doesn't matter if they are from same case or not

      

      

    2. Click Run, computer starts to execute the batch process

   3. Stl models with our fixture for 3D print and nc files for trimming machine exported in a folder 'output'

Please note:

1. folder name and location can be customized, for example in dropbox or shared disk.

2. execution time depends on the computer performance, normally less than 30 seconds per model

3. trimline location and curve can be adjusted by parameters

4. hook&cutout can be edited with our edit software 'Matchstick'
