A Normally within 30 seconds.

A Very minimal polishing needed after cuts. On a fresh burr, no polishing is needed at all.

A There are 2 ways. 1. we can adapt the trimline from treatment plan software 2. our One Click Solution is able to detect the trimine according to pre-set parameters.

A Yes, with Matchstick you can draw different types of line to fulfil your individual demand.

Q Can Matchstick make hook and cutout?
A Yes, with Matchstick you can draw hook and cutout, basically it works like you cut what you draw. It provides great flexibility for special cases

Q Our software can generate trimming line, can you use it?
A Yes, we are compitiable with all treatment plan software. We are able to use their PTS file and convert the Gcode for our machines.

Q Can I only buy Matchstick® software?
A No, we don't sell Matchstick® separately and Matchstick® only runs on our KA120/KA200 machine
