A Very minimal polishing needed after cuts. On a fresh burr, no polishing is needed at all.

A No, we only design fixtures for KA-200 and match the accuracy of 3D printer. KA-120 and KB-100 must use our standard fixture.

A KB-100 doesn't need air compressor or vacuum.

A There is drawer on the bottom of KB-100 for dust collection.

A KB-100 is compatible with all treatment software like 3shape, Onyx, Nemocast, DentOne, SimplyCeph etc, these software are able to export trimline for KB-100.

A Yes, with Matchstick you can draw different types of line to fulfil your individual demand and copy one trimline to others.

Q Can Matchstick make hook and cutout?
A Yes, with Matchstick you can draw hook and cutout, then generate the nc file for cutting. Basically it works like you cut what you draw.
