A Normally within 30 seconds

Q Does the aligner need to be polished after trimming？
A Very minimal polishing needed after cuts. On a fresh burr, no polishing is needed at all.

A About 300 - 400 pc per day (8 hours)

Q Can you provide customized fixture to match different thermoform machines and 3D printer?
A No, we only design fixtures for KA-200 and match the accuracy of 3D printer. KA-120 and KB-100 must use our standard fixture.

Q Does KA120 need vacuum or air compressor?
A KA120 only needs air compressor to change tool, by cutting no air compressor needed

Q How to deal with dust?
A There is drawer on the bottom of KA120 for dust collection and on the backside there is tube for vacuum cleaner

Q How to get the trimming line?
A There are 2 ways. 1. we can adapt the trimline from treatment plan software 2. our One Click Solution is able to detect the trimine according to the pre-set parameters.

A Yes, with Matchstick you can draw different types of line to fulfil your individual demand.

Q Can Matchstick make hook and cutout?
A Yes, with Matchstick you can draw hook and cutout, basically it works like you cut what you draw. It provides great flexibility for special cases

A Yes, we are compatible with all treatment plan software, we are able to use their PTS file and convert to Gcode for our machines.
